ICCS 2002
The 8th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS 2002) is a biennial conference co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Section Communications Chapter, the National University of Singapore and the Institute for Communications Research, Singapore. It covered areas in Information Engineering, Communication Systems and related applications. ICCS2002 was held at Carlton Hotel,Singapore between the 25-28 November 2002
Asst. Prof. Dr. Dobri Atanassov Batovski, Director of St. Gabriel Telecommunications Laboratory, Faculty of Science and Technology presented his research paper entitled: "Decomposition of Modular Destination Graphs for Many-Many Packet Routing in Multi-Link Binary Hypercubes", in the session "Optical Communication Systems and Devices". Additionally, Dr. Batovski was selected to be chair of Optical Communication Systems and Devices session as well.
