Man is a whole being, composed of four domains of life. These are Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual. One domain effects the other.
People think that university is a matter of mental competition. So in order to win the competition one needs to use all of faculties and resources.
Since 'Mental' is just one domain, we can use the other domains to strengthen and support the mental domain.
You can use the following secrets to have a healthy domain in life. The healthy domain in life will enable you to have a competitive edge over the other students.
- The mental domain is made healthy by:
- Avoiding procastination: Do not postpone what you can do today.
- Diligence in studies: Learn as much as you can, not just to pass the test.
- Positive thinking: You can, if you think you can. But if you think you can't, so be it, you won't.
- Winning attitude: It makes one a winner or a loser.
- Physical domain is strengthened by:
- Drinking enough plain water: Water washes the inside of your body.
