According to the regulation of the Faculty of Science and Technology, the freshmen students have to select their major in the second semester. The Major Guidance function was organized by the S&T Faculty in order to provide details of each major, the difference, future path, and career development to the students. This function was facilitated by a team led by A. Jirayut Poomontre, Head of the Department of Applied Statistics. It was held on 23 January 2002 at the Hall of Fame.
