The Faculty of Engineering held a seminar on "Researcher's Day" on 8 March 2002 at the AU Bang Na Campus. The deans of engineering faculties in Thailand participated in this seminar to discuss the following matters:

1. Exchange of experiences and idea among researchers on the topics "Clean Technology" and "Biodiesel and Fuel Cell".
   
2. Discussions on working together between researchers from different universities.
   
3. Obtaining research-funding information from government departments.
   
4. Recognizing the problems from industries and trying to solve the problem together.
