MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH SIRIRAJ SCHOOL!

Dean of the Siriraj School of Medicines Prof. Dr. Piyasakol Sakolsattyatom and President Dr. Bancha Saenghiran exchanging the Deed of Agreement. The certificate presentation ceremony for the Executive Development and Management Program being jointly presided over by CEO, Siriraj Hospital and President and President Emeritus of Assumption University on May 21,2004. President Emeritus Dr. P. Martin Komolmas speaking at the Closing Ceremony'and Grand Dinner for the Executive Development and Management Program held at Grand Salon on May 21,2004.

This memorandum is made and signed between Assumption University represented by Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran, President, located at 682 Hua Mak, Bang Kapi, Bangkok, hereby called the "University, and Siriraj School of Medicines, Mahidol University represented by Prof. Piyasakol Sakolsattayatorn, Dean, located at 2 Pran Nok Road, Siriraj, Bangkok-noi, Bangkok, as follows.

1. "University" agrees to organize the training for personnel of "Siriraj School of Medicines", and "Siriraj School of Medicines" agrees to send its personnel for the training of "CEO Preparation for Siriraj School of Medicines", using Assumption University Bang Na Campus and City Campus on 19th floor Emporium Tower as the venues, as per details in training project attached herewith and treated as apart of this memorandum.
2. "Siriraj School of Medicines" agrees to send its personnel for training of no more than 30 persons.
3. "University" agrees to arrange experts in each field to train alternately of not less than 240 hours, and arrange the training venues, food, accommodation and any facilities, to make the training successfully according to the obj ectives stated in the project.
