ASSUMPTION DAY 2003 AT BANG NA AND SYMBOLIC OPENING CEREMONY, MUSIC BUSINESS DEPARTMENT.
Assumption University celebrated its feast of Assumption on August 14,2003. The Assumption of the Virgin Mary into heaven has for many centuries been a special event in the Catholic church and the Feast of the Assumption is celebrated traditionally on August 15 every year.

The celebrations at Bang Na campus began at John XXIII conference center at 13:00 hrs, when the Department of Music Business was inaugurated in the presence of Faculty, students and guests, by Rev. Brother Bancha Saenghiran, President of the university. President Emeritus Rev. Brother Prathip Martin Komolmas spoke of his vision for the newly inaugurated department and the university at large. Dr.Pimporn Chandee, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts spoke in commemoration of the inauguration of the Department.
