On August 30,2003 the Faculty's Department of Real Estate has received accreditation from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) of Britain. This means that those students who graduate as BBA (Real Restate), after two years practical experience and some RICS exams, will be able to use the letters ARICS after their name, signifying professional status. This not only recognises the standard of this ABAC degree but also adds value to it, enhancing ABAC's international credentials.
There is a rigorous procedure for securing this accreditation which has taken two years to complete. The President of the RICS visited Bangna campus to take part in a recognition ceremony in the King's Room, attended by Bro. Bancha, Asst. Prof Brian Lawrence (Dean) and Dr. Sonthaya (Real Estate Chairperson).
