In order to promote understanding and goodwill, strengthen cultural ties, and broaden student experience and horizons, ESSCA Ecole Superieure des Science Commerciales d’Angers and Assumption University agree to pursue student exchange activities, This agreement sets forth the principles and procedures that will govern the exchange.

3. REGISTRATION
   Students will receive all orientation and registration material from the host international exchange co-ordinator with instructions to proceed through the registration procedures of that institution.
4. STUDENTS’ OBLIGATIONS
   Exchange students are responsible for making their own international transportation arrangements. International exchange co-ordinator will provide a list of available accommodation and assist students in securing housing accommodation. Students interested in living in university housing, if available, should apply to the housing office of the host campus through the host international exchange co-ordinator. Exchange students are required to be covered by health insurance valid in the host country.
5. DURATION and REVISION
   This agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and be valid for five years from the date of signature.

   Either party may terminate the agreement on twelve months notice, provided that cases in progress or already agreed to are not interrupted. Revisions to this agreement may be proposed at any time and become effective from the date they are signed.
