Join The Diploma in Teaching Program!

The above one-year program will be launched from the first semester of the new academic year and this will be the fastest way to obtain license as a teacher as mandated in Section 52 of the National Education Act.

Program Objectives : The program is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in disciplines other than pedagogy. The program will prepare teaching professionals to be:

1. Well-grounded in areas of teaching methodology.
2. Knowledgeable in the area of human development and the psychology of teaching and learning.
3. Skilled in the use of a wide range of instructional methods and materials including computer software.
4. Able to plan and analyze their instruction and to evaluate student learning.
5. Effective in communication skills as well as interpersonal relations.
6. Able to engage in the process of critical thinking and problem solving.
7. This is an independent but slightly condensed program intended to produce teachers who will be qualified to apply for licenses as required under Section 52 of the National Education Act.
