Academic Cooperation Agreement between Assumption University and the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University

The purpose of this agreement is to foster a relationship that will promote intellectual exchanges with an international focus, intended to educate students, faculty members and administrators of Assumption University and The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

In an effort to internationalize the life long learning process, both parties are now prepared to take steps to develop a formal student exchange, faculty exchange and joint research efforts.

Set- up of the exchange program encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Continued communication on each other’s exchange program
  • Acceptance of one to two exchange students each per year. Students will not pay for tuition in the host institution, as they have done so already in their school of origin
  • Obtaining feedback from the students in order to optimize the exchange between both schools.
  • Other academic exchanges such as joint research programs, exchange of scholars, establishment of joint programs etc., to which both institution agree.

Each exchange program will be separately negotiated and determined by both institutions. The implementation of each exchange program is subject to the mutual agreement of both institutions. Each institution shall bear its own costs incurred in connection with the development, negotiation and implementation of each exchange program, except as may otherwise be agreed by both institutions in writing.

Assumption University and The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University affirm this agreement by signature of officials of each institution authorized to enter into such agreement.
