Second Biotechnology Exhibition

The Second Biotechnology Exhibition was held on January 19, 1999 at Hall of Fame, Assumption University and Rector Dr.Prathip M. Komolmas, delivered the opening speech at the ceremony. There were two Biotechnology intellectual contests : Biotechnology Quiz Contest and Biotechnology Project Contest. The coveted prize for each contest is the award of a scholarship for 4 years to study in the Faculty of Biotechnology and a plaque of honor. In all 15 schools participated in the Biotechnology Quiz Contest which was split into 3 rounds of competition.
There was a lot of excitement as the competitions came to a close and the winners of the contests were : 1. St. Dominics School, and 2. Assumption School, Lampang. The gues and visitors to the campus on this occasion were treated to a lot of information about Biotechnology Faculty through exhibits and bulletins prepared and presented by our industrious and ingenious students. |
