Cholesterol - Free Eggs on Production Line?

It is reported in the newspapers that researchers the Faculty of Agri-Tech at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology are developing artificial egg yolk and that commercial production will start in the near future.

Nowadays many people refrain from eating eggs because of their high cholesterol content : Artificial eggs will be produced with ingredients such as egg whites, protein extracts of soy bean, wheat, vegetable oil, carrot juice and vitamin A. it is said that the finished product will look and taste like the natural egg but it will be free from harmful cholesterol that causes all sorts of heart problems and other complications.
