CONGRATULATIONS : JAPANESE SPEECH CONTEST WINNERS

Mr. Ekachai Nithiwong and Ms.Padcha Ruendhawin from Faculty of Arts, Department of Business Japanese won the 1st and 2nd prizes in the 25th Japanese Speech Contest jointly organized by the Embassy of Japan, Japanese University Alumni, Japan Cultural Center Bangkok, Japan Chamber of Commerce and Japanese Association held at the Japan Foundation Hall, Soi Asoke on August 30, 1998.
The participants in the event were students from Japanese schools and universities from all over the country and employees of Japanese companies based in Thailand.
Ekachai and Padcha were awarded a free trip to Japan during October 11 - 18, 1998. They met and socialised with other 1st and 2nd prize Speech Contest winners from all over the world in Tokyo, Japan.
